Hi,I have a business in which I create product labels for direct sales consultants. I need to be able to quickly create full sheets of the same label without having to copy and paste into each individual cell. Uline is the vendor of my weather-resistant labelsand there is not a corresponding Avery label # for the size I need. Uline has provided a label template, but I'm unsure how to quickly update the information. The other issue is that I need different lines to be different sizes.
I would like to make adjustmentsonly once and update the rest of the labels. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Crystal. On the Labels tab of Word's Envelopes and Labels dialog, clickOptions. In the Label Options dialog, select the Avery label that is the closest to your Uline layout. Then click New Label.
And, in the Label Details dialog, change the settings to match your labels. Give the labels a new name and click OK to save them.

They'll be saved inOther/Custom. With this label selected, you should easily be able to create a full sheet of the same label.You can also use New Document to create a blank sheet of labels. Fill in the first label (they're set up as a table, so make sure you have table gridlines displayed so you can see the label boundaries) and, when you have it just the wayyou want it, then select it and Copy.
